Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for the upcoming school year (2023/2024). As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in school settings throughout North Carolina

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • Work collaboratively with the educational team, including teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure effective communication and program implementation.
  • Collect data on targeted behaviors and outcomes, documenting progress and adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide support and assistance to students in various school settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, and specialized learning areas.
  • Assist with the development of functional communication skills, social skills, and daily living skills.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while working with students and families.
  • Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay up to date with the latest research in ABA therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to various school locations within California.
