Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN) for a school district in Reserve, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our students and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional healthcare services, manage medical emergencies, and promote a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer basic healthcare services to students and staff as needed.
• Assess and manage medical emergencies and injuries on school premises.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support the individual health needs of students.
• Promote health and wellness education within the school community.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
