School Setting Registered Behavior Technician - Dedham, Massachusetts

Soliant is looking to prescreen, interview and hire a Registered Behavior Technician for a partner school district in the Dedham, Massachusetts area. 

Full time opening, 35 hours per week, with flexibility available if needed. School schedule following calendar 

Weekends, holidays and school breaks off
Weekly pay, every Friday 
Benefits (health, vision, dental and 401k plans available)

RBT will work in a small Autism classroom with 4-8 students. Will have support from Teacher and other district staff. BCBA supervision available if needed

Compensation: 
W2 contracted position for the remainder of the 2022/23 school year (until June 2023) Contract renewals are available if desired
Hourly rate, negotiable based on qualifications and experience of candidate
Guaranteed hours while school is in session
