Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Crown Point, IN. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the communication skills and overall development of students within the school district. This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and communication goals
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document students' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Stay updated on current research, trends, and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
- Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
