School Social Worker in Troy, MI - Full-Time

Job Title: School Social Worker
Location: Troy, Michigan (25 minutes North of Detroit)
Start Date: Immediate, through the entire 2023-2024 school year
Duties:

• Provide social work services to students, with a focus on one preschool and one middle school caseload.
• Work with students who have autism, communication deficits, and cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support students' social and emotional needs.
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide counseling as needed.

Special Requirements:

• School social work experience is required.
• Experience working with students with autism, communication deficits, and cognitive impairments is preferred.
