This full-time position is for the upcoming school year and will focus on providing support to students in grades K-8. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to students, including individual and group counseling
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to address social-emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' academic and personal growth
• Advocate for students and connect them with community resources as needed
• Facilitate workshops and presentations on relevant topics for students, staff, and families

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Valid Illinois license as a School Social Worker
• Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Social Work
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of social-emotional development and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills
