Job Description:
As a School Social Worker in South Lyon, you will play a pivotal role in helping students navigate social and emotional challenges that may affect their academic success. Your expertise and caring approach will make a lasting impact on the lives of the students you serve.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students.
Assess and address social and emotional needs of students.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop intervention plans.
Connect students and families with community resources when necessary.
Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work.
Valid Michigan license as a School Social Worker.
