Job Description:

As a School Social Worker with Soliant, you will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and success of students in the educational setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group counseling to students dealing with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement interventions and support plans.
• Conducting assessments to identify students' social and emotional needs.
• Advocating for students and ensuring their access to appropriate services and resources.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive school environment that fosters students' social and emotional growth.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania School Social Worker certification/license.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
