LoadingSchool Social Worker - Full Time - Hartland, Illinois - Job
Located near the Hartland, Illinois area, Soliant is collaborating with a fantastic school district that is looking to hire School Social Workers for the upcoming school year. The role will deal with a caseload in grades K - 4th with the hours beginning at 7:40AM - 3:10PM daily, with off time on the weekends. The Social Worker will also be working with a mix of IEP students and non IEP students and conducting assessments and evaluations. Assess clients' needs, situations, strengths, and support networks to determine their goals.
