Job Description:

As a School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you will play a vital role in assisting our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing speech and language services to students. Your expertise and caring nature will help our students overcome communication challenges and foster improved academic and social success.


  • Work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Conduct speech and language sessions with students both in groups and one-on-one.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and materials to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment.
  • Keep accurate records of student progress and contribute to the development of progress reports.


  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Idaho.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of various ages and backgrounds.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
