School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2023-2024 School Year (SLP)

Job Summary: Soliant Health is seeking a highly qualified School Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to student learning, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students with communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective intervention strategies 

• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups 

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and complete student records and progress reports 

• Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution 

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred 

• Experience working with school-aged children with a variety of communication disorders

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
