Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide services to students in a school setting. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders to support students' academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes

Requirements:

• Active SLP license in MI
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
