Soliant Health is partnering with a reputable school district in Worcester, MA, to fill a rewarding full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the remainder of the school year. This role provides an excellent opportunity to positively impact students' lives by supporting their communication skills within an inclusive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and collaborate with educational teams and families to create personalized treatment plans
  • Implement effective intervention strategies to enhance students' communication abilities and academic progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Massachusetts state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred
  • Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous; recent graduates are welcome to apply
