Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required.
  • Valid MA State Speech-Language Pathologist license. 
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: Hourly, $40-$55+, hourly,  dependent on experience 

Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work in a school setting, providing vital speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges, and supporting their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant school meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and district policies.
