Job Title: School Speech Therapist
Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate School Speech Therapist to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in Winston-Salem, NC. As a School Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students while working in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language goals.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' speech and language development.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy techniques and goals as necessary.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to provide input and recommendations for students' communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of North Carolina.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and evidence-based therapy practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
