ABA Therapist in Clifton Park, NY

An exciting opportunity is available for an ABA Therapist or Paraprofessional skilled in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support students in an elementary school setting. This contract position is located in Clifton Park, NY, and runs throughout the current school year (CSY). The role focuses on providing 1:1 support, delivering individualized intervention to help students achieve their educational and behavioral goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct 1:1 support to students with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational staff to ensure consistency in therapy approaches.
• Collect and document data on student progress regularly.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior plans based on ongoing assessments.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working as an ABA Therapist or Paraprofessional in school settings.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage behavioral challenges with patience and consistency.
