A rewarding opportunity is available for an ABA Therapist to provide essential support within a K-12 educational setting in Overland Park, KS. This contract position during the school year offers the chance to work directly with students, helping to improve their communication, social, and behavioral skills through Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a consistent and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
