ABA Therapist in Shawnee, KS

Seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to support students in a K-12 educational setting in Shawnee, KS. This contract position covers the current school year, providing a meaningful opportunity to apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis within a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group ABA therapy sessions to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports in compliance with school policies and funding requirements
• Support positive behavioral outcomes that foster academic achievement and social development

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) preferred; BCBA credentials strongly desirable
• Experience providing ABA therapy in a school or clinical setting, particularly with children and adolescents in K-12
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and engaging families
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs and school protocols
