A full-time Audiologist position is available to support a K-12 school caseload in a dynamic educational setting. This contract role spans a full semester and involves working 37.5 hours per week, primarily in Fontana, CA, with potential travel to a few nearby schools to provide comprehensive audiological services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting audiological assessments and evaluations for students across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Developing and implementing individualized hearing support plans and interventions
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to optimize student learning environments
  • Monitoring and maintaining audiology equipment and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Traveling to multiple school sites as required to deliver assessments and support services

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Licensed Audiologist with relevant certification and credentials
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings and managing diverse student caseloads
  • Ability to conduct screenings, diagnostic assessments, and recommend appropriate interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with children, families, and school staff
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel between schools as needed
