Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students across multiple districts as an Educational Audiologist. This opportunity places you at the forefront of student success, guiding a caseload of 113 students from September 1st through October 14th. Engage with diverse learners and collaborate with educational staff across 13 districts, providing expertise that makes a tangible difference during the crucial fall start-up.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • State licensure (Minnesota) or eligibility upon hire
  • Experience working as an Audiologist within school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing abilities
  • Comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary educational teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations for students referred across 13 districts
  • Consult with educational staff and parents regarding hearing loss and its impact on learning
  • Recommend, fit, and troubleshoot assistive listening devices as needed
  • Develop, monitor, and update relevant IEP or 504 plan goals in compliance with regulations
  • Provide in-service training for faculty on hearing health and classroom strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records per district and state requirements
  • Travel between schools within the districts as needed
