A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school setting. This role is based in Alameda, CA, and is scheduled for the current school year (CSY).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid BCBA certification.
  • Experience working in educational settings, particularly with elementary school students.
  • Strong skills in behavior analysis, assessment, and intervention planning.
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement behavior plans.

Location:

  • Elementary school environment in Alameda, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and behavioral goals.
