A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school setting. This role is based in Alameda, CA, and is scheduled for the current school year (CSY).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid BCBA certification.
- Experience working in educational settings, particularly with elementary school students.
- Strong skills in behavior analysis, assessment, and intervention planning.
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement behavior plans.
Location:
- Elementary school environment in Alameda, California.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and behavioral goals.
