A school district in Beachwood, OH is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract position covering the current school year (CSY). This role involves supervisory responsibilities and direct involvement in behavior analysis programming for K-12 students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing oversight of all programming areas, including training direct support professionals and consultants.
• Developing, facilitating, and following up on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training using discrete trial training and natural environment teaching methods.
• Creating and implementing behavior and treatment plans focused on teaching strategies and antecedent interventions to reduce problematic behaviors.
• Supervising associate behavior analysts and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the implementation and documentation of Behavior Support Plans.

Qualifications:
