Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral assessment and analysis for students aged 3-5 in the Early Childhood program
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including therapists and educators, to integrate behavioral supports into the curriculum
  • Conduct staff training and workshops on behavior management best practices
  • Engage with families to support student growth and development through effective communication and strategies
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in the overall planning for student success
