A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a K-12 school located in Boston, MA for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position involves providing behavior analysis services district-wide, with a commitment of 32.5 hours per week. The role is onsite, unless remote work is arranged.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to support positive student outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance to educational personnel on behavior management techniques
  • Present findings and progress updates as required

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Availability for a district-wide onsite schedule, flexible if remote work is used

  • Boston, Massachusetts, onsite within the school district
