Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working in K-12 settings

Location: Norfolk, VA, with proximity to Virginia Beach

Responsibilities:

• Support up to five classrooms with behavioral interventions and ABA techniques
• Train and mentor staff on implementing effective ABA strategies
• Analyze data to reduce negative behaviors and promote positive behaviors
• Provide real-time support and modeling for staff on behavioral techniques
• Serve as a classroom support during staff absences or shortages
• Deliver training on professional development days regarding behavior management and data collection
