A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide specialized support for high school students. This consulting role requires approximately 10-15 hours per month, working with 5-6 adolescent clients. The position involves collaborating closely with educational teams to develop and implement behavior intervention plans aligned with individualized education programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and analysis for high school students
  • Consulting with teachers, parents, and school staff during IEP meetings
  • Designing and monitoring behavior intervention strategies tailored to student needs
  • Providing ongoing support and training to school personnel to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
  • Reviewing data and adjusting interventions to promote positive student outcomes

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience working with adolescents in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of IEP development and special education regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for consultation with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently within part-time hours
