A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available at an early childhood to elementary educational setting in East Saint Louis, IL. This contract position offers approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility to increase to full-time based on mutual agreement. The role is ideal for professionals passionate about applying behavior analysis to support young learners’ development and educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
  • Provide supervision and training to staff implementing behavior plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
