Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Edison, New Jersey

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, located onsite in Edison, NJ. This role supports K-12 students within a structured educational environment, working 35 hours per week from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, starting September 5, 2025, through June 11, 2026. The position involves managing caseloads across 2-3 classrooms.

Key responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). The BCBA will collaborate closely with special education teachers, related service providers, and school administrators to ensure that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles are consistently and effectively implemented throughout the program.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working within K-12 school settings.
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs and writing BIPs.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary education teams.
• Ability to manage a small caseload and prioritize student-centered interventions.
