A school district in Euclid, OH is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support and supervision for students in a K-12 setting. This full school year contract role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding behavior intervention services and supporting direct support professionals throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee all programming areas, including training of direct support professionals and behavior consultants.
  • Develop, facilitate, and provide follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis, employing discrete trial training and natural environment teaching techniques.
  • Create individualized behavior and treatment plans focused on teaching strategies and antecedent interventions to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide ongoing support and supervision to Associate Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring fidelity in implementation and documentation of Behavior Support Plans.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Ohio Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Master’s degree in Special Education, Human Services, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a behavior-based role preferred.

Location: Euclid, Ohio — K-12 school setting
Duration: Contract for the complete school year (CSY)
