A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available at an early childhood to elementary school setting in Granite City, IL. This contract position offers approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time hours based on your availability and interest. The role is aligned with the current school year calendar.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to young learners.
- Providing direct supervision and support for staff implementing behavior programs.
- Collaborating with educators and families to ensure consistent behavior strategies across settings.
- Data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and inform decisions.
- Training school personnel on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
- Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage caseload and deliver evidence-based interventions.
