Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Greeneville, Tennessee

Seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a K-12 school located in Greeneville, TN. This contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year (EOSY). The role requires a dedicated professional to work five days a week, overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while providing support with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support RBTs in daily behavioral intervention practices
• Assist with conducting FBAs to identify student behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs to promote positive student outcomes
• Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure behavior plans are effective and consistently applied
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification with experience in school settings
• Strong ability to oversee and mentor RBTs effectively
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs and designing BIPs tailored to individual student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse educational teams
• Prior experience supporting K-12 students in behavior analytic roles preferred
