Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hudsonville, Michigan

An elementary school located in Hudsonville, MI, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, contract position for the current school year. This role focuses on providing specialized behavioral support to an upper elementary (2nd-5th grade) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Provide ongoing behavior support tailored to students with ASD
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies
• Monitor and analyze student progress to make data-driven decisions for behavior management

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required
