This full-time position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is set for the 2025-2026 school year, requiring a passionate individual to contribute significantly to the well-being and development of students.
Location:
Lititz, PA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior analytic techniques.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support discussions.
- Deliver direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of educational settings and policies related to behavior analysis.
