Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' behavioral needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide training and support to school personnel and families regarding behavior analysis
  • Collect and analyze data to track student progress and modify interventions as needed
