A BCBA professional is sought for a full contract school year position within a K-12 school setting in Lowell, MA. This role involves district-wide responsibilities and is designed for 32.5 hours per week, supporting a broad range of student needs to enhance behavioral outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans across multiple sites within the district
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to promote effective behavioral strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to guide individualized treatment plans and measure progress
  • Conduct training and presentations to staff and stakeholders, enhancing the understanding and application of ABA principles
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and district policies related to behavioral services

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in educational environments preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver effective training and support
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and district personnel
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and report writing related to behavior management

Location:

  • Onsite presence required with potential flexibility if schedules change (‘if flipped’)
  • Services provided district-wide, allowing for diverse and comprehensive professional involvement
