A BCBA professional is sought for a full contract school year position within a K-12 school setting in Lowell, MA. This role involves district-wide responsibilities and is designed for 32.5 hours per week, supporting a broad range of student needs to enhance behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans across multiple sites within the district
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to promote effective behavioral strategies
- Collect and analyze data to guide individualized treatment plans and measure progress
- Conduct training and presentations to staff and stakeholders, enhancing the understanding and application of ABA principles
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and district policies related to behavioral services
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with K-12 populations in educational environments preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver effective training and support
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and district personnel
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and report writing related to behavior management
Location:
- Onsite presence required with potential flexibility if schedules change (‘if flipped’)
