Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children in school settings, particularly K-12
  • Strong background in psychological assessment and intervention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
  • Knowledge of educational policies and best practices in behavioral health
  • Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Location: Tracy, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop appropriate behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement and monitor interventions.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions for students.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions.
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student behavior and progress.
