Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Morristown, Tennessee

A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in a K-12 school setting located in Morristown, TN. This contract role runs from ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY).

The primary responsibilities include overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and assisting with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Candidates must be prepared to work five days a week throughout the school year.

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience supervising RBTs in educational settings
• Proficient in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
