Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Capacity for providing direct support, coaching, and training to staff and caregivers
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyze data to determine effective interventions
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
- Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize implementation of strategies
- Provide training and ongoing support to school staff in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Document progress and prepare clear reports in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations for behavioral supports
