Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in educational environments, preferably K-12
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Capacity for providing direct support, coaching, and training to staff and caregivers

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyze data to determine effective interventions
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize implementation of strategies
  • Provide training and ongoing support to school staff in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Document progress and prepare clear reports in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations for behavioral supports
