A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is available to support K-12 students within a school district in Naperville, IL. This contract position spans the current school year, starting as soon as possible through May 2026. The role involves delivering behavioral services and interventions to students with diverse needs across multiple district buildings.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university
  • Current Illinois State Teaching License with LBS1 and LBS II – Behavior Intervention Specialist endorsements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred
  • Ability to travel between multiple district school buildings

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to behavioral referrals following initial interventions and data collection
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group intensive behavior interventions to students
  • Assist in de-escalating challenging behaviors and support student reintegration into classroom settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement best practices for individual student progress

Location: Naperville, Illinois
Position Type: Full-time, contract for current school year
Duration: ASAP through May 2026
