A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting. This role is based onsite in Naperville, IL, and involves serving students with varying needs from early childhood through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative behavior analysis services to a caseload predominantly comprised of 25 students requiring moderate to intensive interventions.
- Provide consultative support for the remainder of the caseload, assisting teachers as needed.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure positive educational outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and documentation requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a current BCBA license.
- Experience working in K-12 educational environments with students on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with a focus on both direct intervention and teacher consultation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with school personnel.

Position Type: Full Semester Contract (January 6, 2026 - May 22, 2026)
Hours: Approximately 32.5 hours per week
