Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs, ensuring data collection and analysis for progress tracking
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral supports within the classroom
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for reinforcement
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other required school functions
