Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (IBIPs)
• Proficient in data collection and analysis to inform therapeutic practices
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators, parents, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
