Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Oceanside, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in educational or school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and implementation
• Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments and creating data-driven intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to provide training and support to paraprofessionals and educators
• Familiarity with progress monitoring and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students as needed
• Develop and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Deliver direct support and training to school staff, paraprofessionals, and families
• Monitor student progress, review data, and modify interventions as necessary
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Support positive behavioral climates and inclusion strategies school-wide
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and district policies
