Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience in educational or school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and implementation
- Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments and creating data-driven intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to provide training and support to paraprofessionals and educators
- Familiarity with progress monitoring and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students as needed
- Develop and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Deliver direct support and training to school staff, paraprofessionals, and families
- Monitor student progress, review data, and modify interventions as necessary
- Collaborate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Support positive behavioral climates and inclusion strategies school-wide
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and district policies
