A full-time opportunity is available for two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within an Intensive Emotional Support (ES) program at a K-12 school in Norristown, PA. This contract role is ideal for professionals experienced in working with students who have emotional and behavioral challenges, helping to create a positive and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral support to students in the Intensive Emotional Support program
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all regulatory and program standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in emotional and behavioral support settings
