Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral support to students in the Intensive Emotional Support program
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all regulatory and program standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in emotional and behavioral support settings
- Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
