An opportunity is available for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leave coverage across three K-12 school sites in Philadelphia, PA. This contract position offers a dynamic setting to apply applied behavior analysis principles in educational environments, supporting students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement behavior plans effectively.
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Provide training and consultation to school personnel regarding behavioral interventions.
• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with district and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification is required.
