Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Pottstown, PA

An opportunity is available for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leave coverage across three K-12 school sites. This contract position begins immediately and continues through the end of the school year, offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek dedicated to supporting student behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to promote positive behavioral strategies.
• Provide training and support related to behavior management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification.
• Experience working with K-12 students in behavioral settings preferred.
