An immediate opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specializing in behavioral analysis within an elementary school setting. This full-time position spans the current school year, starting as soon as possible and extending through June 26, 2025, with the potential for renewal.

Responsibilities:

• Provide applied behavior analysis services to students, addressing developmental delays and ASD.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other specialists to implement effective strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring continued support.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on behavior analytic techniques and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and in good standing.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with developmental delays or ASD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of various behavioral therapies and interventions.
