Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Ridgewood, New Jersey

This position offers an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support in a K-12 school setting located in Ridgewood, NJ. The role is contract-based for the current school year (CSY) and involves working with students to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective behavioral support.
• Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide staff training and support related to behavioral interventions.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services and student progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
• Familiarity with data collection and behavior analysis software.
