  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis to drive treatment planning

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs, ensuring data-driven outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate behavioral techniques into the classroom
  • Provide training and support to staff and families on behavior modification strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of services and student progress
