Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in behavior analysis
Location:
- Wapato, WA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
- Provide training and support to staff and families regarding behavior modification techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust BIPs as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations and policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs)
